The Role Adhere to high Health & Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards, reporting any issues promptly. Perform dimensional and visual checks to ensure products meet specifications. Set and operate machinery both manually and via computer systems. Maintain flexibility in operating various machines and ensure they are cleaned and maintained. Support continuous improvement initiatives with your Team Leader. Keep accurate production records and help improve KPIs through efficient use of labour and resources. Minimise downtime by planning ahead and ensuring material availability. Assist in prioritising tasks to maximise team productivity.
