We’re seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our busy automotive repair centre in Scunthorpe. This role is perfect for someone passionate about providing exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a smooth, stress free experience from booking to vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
14. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone
15. Manage vehicle repair bookings, handovers, and updates throughout the repair process
16. Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers for seamless communication
17. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
18. Maintain accurate records with a high level of attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles (experience in the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential)
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
22. Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
23. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
