Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Contract Business Analyst to support a major Telephony transformation project for a leading UK organisation.
Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary liaison with third-party vendors—challenge estimates, validate requirements, and manage delivery expectations.
2. Analyse and redesign operational processes, mapping current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) states.
3. Lead data migration activities, including defining mapping rules and ensuring data integrity.
4. Facilitate workshops to align business leads and technical teams.
5. Manage and prioritise the technical backlog, ensuring vendor readiness.
6. Define transition plans, including training and operational support models.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Proven experience in Contact Centre transformation and migrations involving third-party vendors.
8. Strong ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve delivery challenges.
9. Demonstrated experience coordinating across suppliers and development teams.
10. Agile Business Analyst background in fast-paced software environments.
11. Practical knowledge of Scrum methodologies.
12. Proficiency with Jira Software and Confluence.
