Job Title: ERP Systems Test Manager

Salary: £61,110 + depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
1. You will be responsible for the Test team, leading and coordinating the work to test ERP-related applications and services.
2. Responsible for the quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of testing activities, as well as providing guidance and feedback to team members. Collaborate with ERP Product Team managers and external stakeholders to align goals and priorities with the department's vision and strategy.
3. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and information management strategies.
4. Provide well-informed advice within a specific technical specialty to enhance activity effectiveness.
5. Maintain knowledge of technical specialisms, providing detailed advice and executing specialized tasks related to information or communication technology, techniques, architecture, methods, products, or applications.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
1. Experience and knowledge of the Software Development Process and Quality Assurance, including defining and enforcing methodologies, processes, and standards.
2. Experience with testing techniques and tooling.
3. Ability to manage a team of testers, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and career development.
Desirable:
1. Hold an IT or business degree, with experience in consultancy or people management roles.
2. Relevant vocational qualification or equivalent experience (e.g., HNC, Prince 2 Foundation, Computer Science Degree).

The Air ERP team:
This role involves designing, building, and testing components of the Air ERP Platform, delivering solutions that improve and enhance the platform to meet business needs. You will be part of the first-line management team for ERP Technical Delivery and Support, leading Design, Build, and Test teams.
