Key Account Manager. Residing in North West of England.

What the role involves:
* To manage customers and clients who hold business with AMS and work with the internal organisation to enable AMS's partners to sustain and grow their business.
* To seek to ensure both sales and margin are in line with expectation and seek opportunities to support the client base in taking additional business from within the Woundcare portfolio.
* To maintain key customers and position AMS as their preferred supply partner.
* Working with the customer service team in managing and improving customer communication on orders and complaint handling.
* Forecasting for specific customers and providing data to the Business Unit Director and internal departments on future trends and forecasts.
* Responding to technical questions from customers.
* Provide market feedback to the business.
* Supporting BDM with progressing artwork, change controls and coordinating with internal and external partners.
* Provide performance data to key accounts to build pro-active relationships.
What we’re looking for:
* Science or Business degree.
* Proven relevant key account management experience within a business to business environment.
* Preference given to experience within wound care or medical devices.
* Expanding key accounts via relationship and knowledge building.
* Able to communicate effectively with customers and key stakeholders.
* Excellent presentation skills.
* Broad commercial knowledge.
* Jobholder should be prepared to travel between 25 and 50% of time.
* Home based living within North West.
