Extra Care Support Worker

£14.00 per hour, Harrow, London, Full‑time or part‑time. We need calm, resourceful, energetic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking and keen to support older adults proactively and holistically.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support with domestic tasks.
* Assist individuals in accessing work, education and social opportunities.
* Work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings.

* Strong skills in positive communication and engagement.
* Willing to embrace all aspects of the role.
Previous experience is desirable, but not necessary. What we value most is your gumption and a can‑do attitude.
