Are you a rural surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? We're working with a long-established, multi-disciplinary firm in South Devon seeking a surveyor to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone recently qualified or with more experience, who's keen to develop within a supportive and varied professional environment.
🔍 Role Overview:
You'll be working alongside experienced RICS and FAAV professionals, gaining exposure to a wide range of rural property services, including:
1. Valuations and sales of land, farms, and country homes
2. Grazing and tenancy agreements
3. Professional consultancy work
4. Livestock market involvement and machinery sales
👤 Ideal Candidate:
5. RICS and/or FAAV qualified (or working towards)
6. Strong interest in rural property and agricultural consultancy
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills
8. Keen to grow within a well-respected firm
