VS/7766\n\nResident Service Associate – Build to Rent\n\nManchester City Centre\n\n40 hours per week, Mon – Fri with one Saturday in five.\n\nPermanent \n\nSalary: £26,000 - £27,000\n\nMy client is a luxury build to rent site in the centre of Manchester. Their brand is all about delivering a sustainable place to live and gather with exclusive shared resident amenities and services.\n\nThe Resident Services Associate is generally the first point of contact, therefore has the responsibility of being an excellent brand ambassador. This exciting, fast-paced position will involve working as part of a small team and undertaking an extremely varied workload.
Some of the main duties include:\n\nDuties and Responsibilities \n\nWorking as part of a team providing front of office support to residents and visitors to the building, always maintaining excellent resident service. (Face to face, Email, LiveChat, 3rd party agents).\nRespond positively and quickly to resident enquiries and complaints and take appropriate action in line with company procedures.\nEnsure the building is managed and maintained in line with company policies and procedures to make sure the residents receive a high-quality service.\nComply and participate with the schemes’ Health and Safety requirements.\nCreate a friendly and safe environment for residents to feel comfortable speaking with the team about concerns they might have about their apartment or wellbeing.\nAlways interact with residents professionally, showing empathy towards any issues you may find and understanding that this is their home.\nPromote renewals and carry out leasing activities such as viewings and subsequent follow ups.\nComplete administrative tasks in line with company polices and procedures, such as maintenance requests, tenancy administration and system updates.\nSupport in the creation of a positive, memorable experience for residents.\nUpdating the company in-house booking and resident relationship management system.\nEngage with the residents to capture feedback and insight to improve services to their needs.\nParticipate in diverse events for residents to join in in.\nSupport the coordination of any ‘open house’ days\nAssist with periodic and tenancy end inspections.\nChase outstanding rent arrears.\nDevelop and maintain local knowledge and information relevant to residents.\nTo maintain the sites review scores across all platforms above 4 star • Have regard for resident welfare and if necessary, liaise with the appropriate welfare professionals.\nManage the incoming post and deliveries and ensure it is distributed efficiently.\nAttributes & Skills \n\nIdeally you will have experience in BTR or PBSA, my client will also consider candidates from a front of house hotel / hospitality background or Reception and administration background with first class customer service skills\nAbility to influence, adapt and be motivated in exceeding resident expectations\nExperienced in working to targets, understanding the importance of achieving deadlines and ensuring quality output.\nExcellent resident service skills.\nProfessional presentation, confident and outgoing in nature.\nA strong team player supporting all colleagues when required. ; confident in their approach to be able to put forward suggestions and ideas.\nAble to use initiative to enhance the reputation of the brand and contribute to increased profitability.\nWell organised, ability to problem solve, prioritise and work under pressure\nAttention to detail in personal presentation.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nFluent in written and verbal English, culturally aware and able to adapt communication style.\nLocal understanding and knowledge of the city, it’s people, culture and social scene would be an advantage but is not essential.\nBenefits: \n\nCompetitive salary\n25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (33 days)\nPaid overtime\nPension scheme\nLife Assurance cover\nEmployee Assistance Scheme\nIn the first instance please apply by forwarding your CV\n\nPlease contact Vicky at our Manchester office on (phone number removed)\n\nRitz recruitment – Employment Agency
