Basic Salary: £31,155.63 with expected earnings of up to £45,000 thanks to our unique price‑work structure.

Responsibilities
You will be carrying out servicing and maintenance in domestic Social Housing properties, aiming for first‑time fixes with the support of our 24/7 network.
Requirements
* Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
* Hold at least 2 years of qualified experience.
* Be ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, & CKR1.
* Demonstrate knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards while offering excellent customer service.
