Fame Recruitment Consultants are working with a well-regarded client that delivers top-tier property management services for residential blocks. Their mission is to ensure a smooth, stress-free living experience for both clients and tenants through a focus on excellence and outstanding customer service.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Property Management Assistant to join their team and work alongside two experienced property managers on a varied and dynamic residential property portfolio.
This is a full-time office based role located in North West London, Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for residents, resolving queries and issues professionally and efficiently
* Liaise daily with clients and contractors via phone and email
* Coordinate property inspections, schedule maintenance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure high standards of upkeep
* Communicate with porters and contractors regarding maintenance tasks and property repairs
* Handle emails and all correspondence in a timely and organised manner
* Support with diary management and general administrative duties
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in property management is essential
* Strong project management skills with the ability to see tasks through to completion
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Confident user of Microsoft Office packages
