Lead in Compassionate Patient Care
As a vital member of our team, you will assess the care needs of your patients and develop, implement, and evaluate tailored care programmes. You may serve as the named care provider for a specific group or support the wider patient community, with your expertise making a real difference.
You will help manage and organise the nursing workload, ensure seamless communication across the team, and provide valuable support to junior staff. Your leadership will extend to supervising and assessing learners and unregistered staff, acting as a dedicated mentor and named supervisor.

Role Requirements
This vacancy is open to:
* Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NMC PIN in the UK, or
* Currently enrolled on a course with anticipated full NMC PIN within the next 3 months
Note: An NMC PRN PIN is not eligible for this role. The NCA has paused its OSCE programme indefinitely for International Nurses; visit the NMC website for guidance on gaining a full PIN in the UK.
