Overview
We are looking for a school office assistant to support administration and reception duties. The role includes distributing paperwork, money, and goods received into the school office; maintaining medical supplies inventory, checking stock, predicting needs, and placing orders. The successful candidate will receive and prioritise incoming telephone calls and respond appropriately. You must be comfortable learning systems such as Arbor to input pupil records and to maintain up-to-date records. Excellent communication is essential to support the smooth running of the school office.
Responsibilities

* Learn and use the Arbor system to input pupil records and keep all records up to date.
