Salary:
£29,290.00 to £36,600.00, dependent on your skills, knowledge and experience

Location:
Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee (Activity will be across all three centres. This is a hybrid role with at least three days in an office)

16/03 in our Glasgow Centre

Join us as Delivery Partnerships Manager (NHS Scotland) and play a pivotal role in shaping meaningful opportunities for young people across Scotland. You'll be at the forefront of building high‑impact partnerships with NHS employers, developing pipelines into training, work experience and long‑term careers that truly change lives.

In this strategic, outward‑facing role, you'll connect local delivery teams, national partners and NHS networks to create sustainable pathways into employment. With a blend of commercial acumen, relationship‑building expertise and a deep understanding of NHS recruitment, you'll drive partnerships that support both organisational goals and the ambitions of the young people we serve.
