Job Title: Children's Homes Assistant Manager – Lancashire County Council, Accrington
Salary: up to £40,778 per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Residential Services

Responsibilities
To ensure adequate management cover in the home, you will be expected to work within the core hours of 7am – 7pm and undertake alternating shifts of 7am – 3pm and 11am – 7pm. We welcome applications from both experienced Assistant Managers and those seeking their first management position, with support available to progress into a first management role.
