THE ROLE: • You will handle a broad range of commercial property work and play a key role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships. • You’ll be trusted to manage matters independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm. • You will be responsible for a varied commercial property caseload to include leasehold and freehold transactions, sales and purchases of commercial property, commercial leases and refinancing and secured lending transactions. • You will also contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen the firm’s profile and client base.
