We've partnered with a leading enterprise tech provider delivering 24/7 support solutions to customers across education, public safety, and commercial sectors.
They're now hiring for a Tier 1 Support Analyst to join their technical assistance team based in Basingstoke. This is a great opportunity for a technically curious graduate or early-career IT professional to develop in a fast-paced environment that offers paid vendor training, career progression, and hands-on experience with cybersecurity and network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as first-line support via phone, email, chat, and portal-capturing accurate ticket information and managing SLAs.
* Monitor internal and customer systems, troubleshoot faults, and deliver step-by-step resolution instructions.
* Analyse and triage security alerts, working closely with the SOC team to assess impact and document incidents.
* Support system change requests and proactive fault resolution across client environments.
* Participate in a 24/7 shift pattern (4 days on / 2 days off across early, late, and night shifts).
Requirements:
* A strong interest in IT and Cybersecurity; ideal for recent grads or those seeking a career launchpad.
* Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
* Understanding of basic IP networking and IT support fundamentals.
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
* Must be able to commute to the Basingstoke office for all shift patterns.
Location: Basingstoke - Onsite
Salary: Up to 28k
