An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a German-speaking e-Billing Specialist to join a global financial advisory firm based in Central London. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and driven individual with experience in finance or billing, looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced and inclusive corporate environment.
Working as part of the firm's internal Accounting team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of electronic billing (e-Billing), supporting both the client engagement teams and finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support complex e-Billing processes across various client accounts
Upload and monitor invoices across multiple vendor e-Billing platforms
Maintain and update e-Billing vendor profiles, timekeeper rates, and billing guidelines
Enter budgets and accruals, ensuring compliance with internal processes
Communicate regularly with internal teams and external contacts to ensure billing accuracy and timely cash collection
Maintain detailed documentation of billing procedures and suggest improvements where appropriateAbout You:

Profile:
Native level of German and fluent in English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in billing, e-Billing, accounts receivable, or a finance-related role
Familiarity with e-Billing platforms and standards such as LEDES is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook
