About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast‑paced support team in Newport. Working in a busy environment with a high volume of calls and emails that need to be dealt with in a friendly, professional manner, you will be a motivated team member of 10 and provide help and support to our area managers.

Responsibilities & Duties

* Allocate and schedule operatives using Time and Attendance systems (training will be provided)
* Perform quality audits, tracking and management
* Answer employee and client queries, helping to resolve issues
* Support clients who provide negative feedback
* Support client reporting requirements
* Reactive calls and periodic management
* Manage and coordinate reactive mobile cleaning technicians
* Overall client and staff issue/general enquiry management
* Perform general administration duties to meet the needs of the business
* Support other departments in day‑to‑day operations
* Receive training as needed to succeed


Qualifications & Requirements

* General computer skills
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Willingness to learn on the job
* General customer service skills, able to resolve issues with speed and accuracy
* Good computer literacy and ability to work under pressure
* Friendly, calm, professional manner when dealing with colleagues and customers
* Strong team player: share ideas, encourage and assist colleagues, communicate openly, be committed and reliable, work toward common goal of excellence

Please note that a Basic DBS check will be required for this position.
