Commercial & Operations Manager (Multi-Business: Fashion Supply & Food Delivery)

About Us
We operate two fast-growing businesses:
HaHa Fashion Inc Ltd – A global clothing supplier producing made-to-order garments through audited factories in Pakistan, Bangladesh, and China.
Fast food delivery app – A community-driven food delivery platform supporting local takeaways and restaurants, offering a fairer alternative to big-name apps.
We're looking for a versatile and ambitious Commercial & Operations Manager to support the running of both ventures. This role is ideal for someone analytical, results-driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats across operations, data, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Strategy
Oversee day-to-day operations across both businesses, ensuring smooth delivery and service.
Use data to identify opportunities for growth, cost reduction, and improved efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and produce performance reports for management.
Client & Account Management
Manage key staff and partner accounts (account manager for food delivery, buyers/suppliers for clothing).
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
Act as the first point of contact for escalations, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
Commercial Development
Support in negotiating with suppliers, factories, and food delivery apps accounts manager.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Assist in pricing, margins, and performance analysis.
Team & Process
Work with internal and external teams to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
Create and improve processes to make both businesses more scalable.

Pay: £15.00 per hour
