Salary: £ 33,008.27 per annum Location: Harlow based, covering the whole of West Essex Contract: Permanent Full-Time, 37 hours per week Shifts: 08.30am to 04.30pm Monday to Friday – includes On call rota basis ECL are seeking a Care Manager, known internally as a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead the frontline workers in the West Essex Team The role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies in West Essex. You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and daily coordination, and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.
