Field-based role with frequent travel across York, Leeds, Bradford, and surrounding areas
Permanent, Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Salary: £42,000-£45,000 DOE + 5% annual bonus + £3,000 car allowance

We have a new opportunity in our Learning Disability, Autism, and Mental Health service to appoint a Clinical Lead, responsible for a caseload of services across your region to ensure our clients receive world-class care.
In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and review services, ensuring care plans, risk assessments, and protocols are current. You will train, coach, and develop staff teams to maintain consistency, structure, and commitment to our clients and families. You will collaborate with families, operations, recruitment, and compliance teams to safeguard clients and staff, enabling clients to lead fulfilling lives.

Every day you will...
* Be the designated nurse for clients, observing behaviors, applying positive behavior support techniques, and developing personalized care plans aimed at improving and minimizing challenging behaviors
* Conduct regular supervisions and annual appraisals
* Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers, ensuring proper restraint techniques and adherence to care plans
* Complete daily records, including incident and accident reports, handle information confidentially, and investigate incidents or complaints

In this role, you must...
* Hold an RNLD or RMN registration, band 6 or equivalent
* Have experience working with individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors
* Be resilient, independent, and possess excellent time management skills to handle your caseload effectively
* Have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
