Position
3rd Line Support Engineer (Windows Server, M365, 3rd Line Support) – Progress into project work over the first 12–18 months!
A 3rd Line Support Engineer is required by a growing tech solutions company based near Solihull, offering a clear career path into project delivery and consultancy roles.
This is an ideal role for a Support Engineer looking to move beyond BAU support and step into a broader position with exposure to Microsoft 365, project work, and client-facing consultancy. You\'ll be joining a stable, close-knit infrastructure team with a strong focus on internal development.
Responsibilities
* Operate as the 3rd Line escalation point, resolving complex support issues across Windows Server, M365, networking, and firewalls.
* Work in a hybrid setup, with 2–3 days in the Solihull office per week, and occasional client site visits (1–2 days/month, rare overnight stays).
Essential Experience
* Proven 3rd Line Support experience
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Microsoft 365 / M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange)
* Basic understanding of SQL Server
* ERP experience (desirable)
