Support Worker - Days
Pay rate: £17 per hour - weekly and monthly pay is available

A face-to-face Assessment Day for this role will take place on Wednesday the 25th of March 2026 that you will be invited to if successful from a 1st stage telephone interview.
We are looking for caring, reliable and confident Support Workers to join a small, consistent 2:1 daytime team supporting an adult male who lives independently in his own property.He sustained a brain injury and now mobilises using a wheelchair, requiring full personal care, moving and handling, and safe use of hoisting equipment.
At times, he may express frustration verbally, especially when routines change or things feel difficult. With calm, consistent and patient support, he responds well and is able to settle quickly.He has some reduced cognitive understanding, but he has capacity and communicates his needs and preferences clearly.
