Role Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage audits, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Oversee WIP, billing, and recoverability.
* Develop the team to uphold high standards.
* Research and present technical audit solutions.
* Communicate findings to management and clients.
* Serve as the primary contact for client communications.
* Strategically assess client needs and business risks.
* Travel to client sites as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
* ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years in a multi-partner practice.
* Strong client relationship skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (IRIS, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
* Knowledge of CCH audit software.
