We are looking to recruit an experienced hospitality professional/supervisor to join our team as Front of House Supervisor. You must be 24 years of age or above.
The ideal candidate should be energetic and flexible full time and to have experience in similar roles with in the industry with a great work ethic and willing to learn. You must be confident in working along side the management team and confident in running a shift independently, leading a team, be competent with handling money, opening and closing down procedures.
A successful candidate will be familiar with managing a team and hospitality specific software, be knowledgeable regarding food and wine, offer excellent customer service and be hard-working and adaptable.
The Crown Inn, is a small family-run independent Norfolk inn. We have a small, friendly, dedicated and enthusiastic team, welcoming local returning customers and holiday makers alike.
Hours will include evenings, weekends, bank holidays and the Festive period. You will enjoy a pro-rata share of tips, staff discount, meals on service (when appropriate). Pay is negotiable dependent upon experience.
