Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional care and learning support to children aged 0-5 years
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's development
* Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
* Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, playtime, and rest periods
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff
What We're Looking For:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
* Passion for working with children and helping them develop to their full potential
* Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work across various shifts, including both short-term and long-term placements
