Finance Business Partner – Integrations
Contract: Permanent
Location: Remote (UK-based) + occasional travel to acquired sites
Sector: Manufacturing / Engineering (Private Equity-backed)
Salary: £60k - £70k +10% bonus
A high-growth, Private Equity–backed manufacturing group is seeking a Finance Business Partner – Integrations to support its ambitious buy-and-build strategy.
This is a unique, newly created role offering significant exposure to M&A activity, senior stakeholders, and transformation projects. You will play a critical role in integrating newly acquired businesses into the Group, ensuring finance systems, processes, and reporting are aligned from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead finance integration for newly acquired businesses
* Assess systems, processes and controls; align to Group standards
* Manage multiple integration projects end-to-end
* Partner with local teams and act as key finance contact
* Support ERP/system migrations and process standardisation
* Implement cash flow, banking and reporting requirements
* Drive improvements, automation and integration best practice
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience in business partnering or finance management
* Strong project management and multitasking capability
* Exposure to systems/ERP or transformation projects beneficial
* Commercially minded with strong stakeholder skills
* Hands-on, proactive and thrives in fast-paced environments
