Job Description

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for optimising operations? We're looking for a Booking Capacity and Optimisation Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll use our TMS and Collins booking platform to maximise the efficiency and profitability of reservations and seating arrangements. Your expertise in sales maximisation, data analysis, restaurant management, and Excel will be crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What will I be doing?

* Ensure a seamless booking experience for guests.
* Analyze booking patterns to optimise table utilisation.
* Oversee reservation systems for accuracy and efficiency.
* Work with management to align booking strategies with operations.
* Implement reservation and table management solutions.
* Collect and analyse reservation data and customer preferences.
* Assist with group enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.


What do I need?

* Proven restaurant management experience, focusing on reservations and capacity optimisation.
* Strong sales and analytical skills, proficient in data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
* Excel skills, including Pivot tables.
* Experience with reservation systems like Zonal Events and TMS Tables.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
* Driving licence and access to a car for site visits and meetings.
