Job description Staffpower Group are delighted to be working with our client based in Cramlington who are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative focussed on delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for their customers. As the first point of contact for customers, youll be responsible for handling all customer queries via telephone, email & chat. Main Duties: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times About You: A minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service environment Customer-focused Thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.
