About the Role
As a Curriculum Manager in Apprenticeships and Culinary Arts, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our strategic objectives and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and learner experience across our Hospitality and Culinary Arts curriculum and services.
Responsibilities
* Lead on the development and delivery of outstanding educational provision.
* Work collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support both learners and colleagues to thrive.
* Line‑manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
* Design, plan and deliver high‑quality, learner‑focused curriculum programmes.
* Ensure compliance with funding regulations and quality assurance processes.
* Use data to improve learner attendance, retention and progression.
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost‑effective and high‑impact delivery.
* Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (eg Ofsted) and quality reviews.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience leading teams or departments within an educational or comparable setting.
* Deep understanding of curriculum design, quality assurance and student achievement.
* Strong strategic thinking, communication and people‑management skills.
* Collaborative mindset with ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.
* Commitment to creating inclusive and empowering learning environments.
* Proactive strategic mindset with commitment to continuous improvement and learner success.
* Relevant teaching qualification and leadership training (or willingness to obtain).
* Experience in direct coordination of curriculum delivery.
