Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver a range of safety and security projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with organisational goals.
* Work closely with health, safety, security, and fire safety teams to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance service productivity.
* Collaborate with estates, maintenance, and capital projects teams to deliver impactful changes to the built environment.
* Prepare and present project briefs, reports, and business cases to influence decision‑making at all levels.
* Manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, delivery, and evaluation, ensuring successful integration into business‑as‑usual activities.
* Maintain comprehensive project records and ensure all deliverables meet project management standards.
* Monitor project progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide training and support to staff, promoting a culture of innovation and quality improvement.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Trust procedures, and financial guidelines.
* Foster positive relationships across teams and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
