Due to continued growth, they are looking for a proactive and highly organised Site Manager to oversee multiple projects and ensure their successful delivery.
The Role
As Construction Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily site operations across multiple residential and commercial construction projects.
2. Supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and direct labour ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, Building Regulations, and industry best practice.
3. Conduct site inductions and safety briefings and ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times and promote a positive safety culture on site.
