Location: London SE16 3DH
Rate of Pay: £40,500 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 06:00am - 14:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
1. To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
2. To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
3. To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
4. To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
5. To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients
6. 700-1200 covers per week. 700 weekly for staff feeding up to 500 covers for hospitality/events.
7. Sous Chef would mainly look after events whilst generally supporting the Head Chef.
