This new role has been identified to lead a team to deliver high‑quality relationship‑centered care and services for all the people we support, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and aligned to Optalis policies, procedures, vision, and values while achieving business targets.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the care/nursing services across the organisation.
* Ensure high standards of clinical care, professional leadership, strategic development, and regulatory compliance.
* Build operational relationships and process improvements while guaranteeing delivery of quality, governance, and compliance measures.
* Motivate managers and encourage new developments and commitments.
* Lead major organisational change programmes and support multi‑site and/or geographically spread teams.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Significant senior leadership experience in healthcare or social care.
* Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change‑management skills.
* Proven track record of clinical service delivery.
* Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement.
