Description
Contract: Full Time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Sunday)
To coordinate the successful identification and recruitment of players within the U11 – U14 age groups within the Academy as well as overseeing all aspects of the Junior Training Centre programme.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the identification and recruitment of players within the U11–U14 age groups.
* Oversee all aspects of the Junior Training Centre programme including training & fixtures.
* Advise and manage the progress of players within the Junior Training Centre programme.
* Ensure all administration and operational duties associated with the Junior Training Centre are kept up to date.
* Support the Academy Recruitment Officer (U7 – U10) and Academy Head of Recruitment (U15 – U21) when required.
* Identify and monitor suitable clubs/organisations that could support scouting & recruitment within the Academy.
* Establish a network of contacts within grassroots and other forms of football throughout the clubs catchment area.
* To act and conduct yourself in a professional manner appropriate to a representative of AFC Bournemouth.
* As a member of staff to ensure in all matters you follow and actively promote the club’s mental health policies and practices to ensure an open, non-judgmental and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
* Scouting & Recruitment Experience
* FA Level 2 in Talent Identification
* Full Valid Driving License
* Valid DBS
* Safeguarding Children Certificate
* Computer Literate
Desirable
* FA Level 3 in Talent Identification
* Academy Experience
* Degree in a Sports-Based Field
