An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Senior Local Area Coordinator within the York Local Area Coordination team. The successful candidate will work to support the Public Health Manager (Adults and Families) in the development and delivery of LAC in York as we pursue our vision to expand our approach across the city.
The Successful Candidate Will
* Get to know, build and maintain effective working relationships with people within an allocated neighbourhood.
* Contribute to the support, supervision, guidance and development of Local Area Coordinators.
* Provide leadership and professional support to promote a supportive and positive working environment.
* Contribute to the recruitment, induction and professional development of staff.
