Job Summary
Your role as a Bank Care Assistant at Barchester Care Home is to support residents in a safe, caring environment. You will help with daily living tasks, support their care plans, provide companionship, and ensure each resident receives one‑to‑one attention and quality care. The role offers varied, rewarding work across all hours when cover is needed.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support for residents, assist with food and drink, monitor and carry out care plans, share moments with residents, offer companionship, and maintain a positive, respectful environment. You will also work flexible hours to cover annual leave, sickness, and other staffing needs.
Qualifications

* Compassionate, can‑do attitude
