️ Role & Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice to clients on a range of planning matters
* Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documentation
* Liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and consultants
* Monitor policy changes and contribute to strategic planning advice
* Identify and develop cross-selling and business development opportunities
* Support Associate Directors and Directors on more complex projects
* Mentor and guide junior members of the team
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience (public or private sector)
* MRTPI qualified or working towards
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
