Full-time ¦ Hybrid working available. We’re looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Midlands team, supporting a diverse portfolio of Planned, Decarbonisation, and High-Rise works.
What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Manager, you’ll lead all commercial activities across pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring robust governance, profitability, and performance. You’ll:
* Drive financial outcomes across turnover, profit, cash flow, and rebate targets.
* Lead tender strategies and project business plans.
* Manage commercial reporting, risk, and contract compliance.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the supply chain.
* Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
* Champion innovation, sustainability, and corporate responsibility.
Proven experience in commercial management within social housing, construction, or maintenance sectors. Strong financial and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable outcomes. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working across varied contract types and durations. Ideally, a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
