What you will do:
* Chair reviews for children in care and produce clear, concise records and action plans.
* Ensure that care plans for children are compliant with statutory requirements and the best interests of the child.

* Advocate for the child’s viewpoint and ensure they are heard throughout the process.
* Provide robust challenge and support to social work teams, promoting high standards of social work practice.
Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current Social Work England registration.
* Comprehensive frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
