We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Channel Sales Administrator to join our team!

As Channel Sales Administrator, you will support our commercial team by providing exceptional administrative support within our channel division.
What will you do?
* Take ownership of our partner inbox, responding and actioning partner and supplier queries
* Prepare and issue quotes for renewals, ad-ons, and new requests using Salesforce
* Manage the submission of orders via Salesforce, consistently ensuring all details are accurate and compliant
* Maintain partner account and transaction data, and support the Channel Manager with order tracking and partner performance reporting
Who are we looking for?
* Proven experience in a fast‑paced administrative role
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail
* The ability to work proactively and autonomously
* Experience managing and processing administrative tasks within CRM systems or similar (Salesforce is a huge bonus!)
* Collaboration and being a team‑player at the heart of your approach to work
