Status: ?Full-Time Working Pattern: ?36 hours per week, Monday to Friday Grade/Scale: Senior Principal Officer (1) | NJC pts 45 - 48 | £56,677 - £59,855 per annum. Essential Criteria Hold a Bachelors degree in IT related field Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analysis, IT or Cyber-Security have two years experience of performing a role involving IT data analytics or data engineering, ideally with security context OR Five years experience of performing a role involving IT data analytics or data engineering ideally with security context Demonstratable experience of the successful operation of a compliance framework and governance model including policies, procedures and systems A good level of IT literacy using a range of ETL tools such as Power BI Ability to analyse security compliance data and reporting findings to a variety of stakeholders, from Executive Summaries to SRO Reports Demonstratable knowledge of the current and anticipated cyber security challenges Knowledge of a range of information security governance, risk and compliance Willingness to work outside of normal working hours as and when required Access to a suitable vehicle (appropriately maintained and insured for Education Authority business) that will enable them to carry out the mobility requirements of the post in an efficient and effective manner OR Be able to provide sufficient information on the application that will satisfy the employer that he/she has access to an appropriate alternative form of transport that will enable them to carry out the mobility requirements of the post in an efficient and effective manner Closing Time: 05 September 2025 at 23:59 PM CANVASSING WILL DISQUALIFY Further information on how to apply is available on the EA job opportunities website.
