The Role
As our Senior Technical Product Manager – MarTech, you’ll own the roadmap for our bespoke marketing platform while partnering with leaders across Marketing, Engineering, and Data to deliver new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Executive Translation & Strategic Structuring
* Workshop emerging ideas with the CEO and CMO
* Convert strategy into clear roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans
* Create decision frameworks and planning artifacts
Product Leadership Across the MarTech Ecosystem
* Own the feature roadmap for the core marketing platform
* Drive integration strategy across marketing APIs
* Improve reliability of postbacks, signals, and conversion tracking
* Establish foundations for A/B testing and experimentation
* Identify opportunities for AI impact
Delivery Orchestration & Cross-Functional Leadership
* Coordinate initiatives across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Growth
* Identify dependencies and surface risks early
* Strengthen prioritization discipline and decision velocity
* Promote modern Agile and iterative release practices
* Utilize AI-enabled tools to shorten development cycles
Required Qualifications
* 7–12+ years in Product or Technical Product Management
* Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and MarTech architectures
* Experience with highly integrated software ecosystems
* Proven ability to drive multi-team delivery in fast-paced Agile environments
* Exposure to AI-enabled development or product capabilities
* Strong executive communication and influence skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with experimentation platforms or attribution systems
* Exposure to regulated industries such as insurance or fintech
* CRM or customer-data platform experience

Compensation for this role is expected to be between $185,000 and $235,000.
