Job Title: Membership Success Associate
Department: Membership/Events
Responsible to: General Manager
Job purpose:
To support all departments across the Chamber (Membership and Events) through provision of professional administration services.
Duties:
Membership
* New members: Processing new member applications and following up for their company logos and social media handles.
* Certificates: Creating membership certificates.
* New members and resignations report: Collation of report for bi-monthly Inspire magazine.
* Quest bulk declaration: Putting together a monthly list, sending to Quest, then sending out login details to relevant members.
* Quest data usage: Uploading the monthly report that comes in from Quest to the Rubi CRM database.
* Account calls: Calling members on a regular basis to check expectations are being met.
Events and Communications
* Delegate badges: Creation of delegate badges for events and printing/collating of any additional collateral.
* Delegate information: Creation and distribution of final information regarding events and post-event thank you emails.
* QES survey results: Collating results of the quarterly survey for the BCC.
* Certificates: Creating Inspiring Herts Awards (IHA) certificates for winners, highly commended, etc.
* Social Media: Ad-hoc posting on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook (Meta).
* Mailings: Assisting with the updating of mailing lists and the creation of mailing lists from the Rubi CRM database.
* Event promotion: Posting Chamber events on all relevant platforms
* Events report: Collation of statistics for a quarterly report of events.
* Event support: Attending ad-hoc Chamber events and assisting with set-up and delegate registration.
* Event bookings: Taking bookings for events and processing on Rubi CRM database.
Miscellaneous
* Telephone enquiries: Responding to phone calls and passing to the relevant department or taking messages.
* Emails: Responding to general emails and those from the Enquiries, Editorial and Awards inboxes (all shared with other team members).
Technical Skills – Essential:
MS Office: including Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Diary management
Technical Skills - Preferred:
Social Media: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook (Meta), Instagram
CRM database
Personal Skills and Requirements:
* A team player, able to work independently.
* A positive attitude, willing to help out wherever needed to get the job done.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A 'completer / finisher' who is self-motivated.

* Willing to support all teams at events and other external activities.
