We are now looking for a Bid / Tender Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working from our East Kilbride office.

You will have the opportunity to lead bids and tenders in a role that supports our growth, with scope to develop procurement expertise within the construction sector and contribute to varied projects within a team-focused environment.


The Role

As the Bid / Tender Manager, you will coordinate, prepare and submit high-quality bids and tenders that support our efforts to win new business and build our company. You will create compelling tender submissions, lead the end-to-end bid process, and help deliver our growth strategy.

You will be involved at every stage of the bid journey, from analysing contractual terms and pricing models to maintaining our bid library and managing tender documents. Supporting risk management activities, you will provide commercial insight to enhance proposals. Additionally, you will track opportunities via our CRM, monitor outcomes, and work with sales teams to support accurate forecasting.

You will also:

* Manage questions and responses during the tender process
* Conduct post-bid reviews and feedback sessions


About You

To be considered as a Bid / Tender Manager, you will need:

* Proven experience in bid and/or tender management, ideally within construction, signage, or manufacturing sectors
* Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and reporting
* Excellent project management and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with public and private sector procurement processes
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
