Junior Trading Manager Unilever – Career Band 8
Fixed Term contract for 12 months
Key Responsibilities
* Top class execution for new product launches, including accompanying suite of imagery and engaging product information.
* Ensure products live within the correct hierarchy and are easily findable through site navigation/search.
* Ongoing review and maintenance of products, ensuring up-to-date product descriptions and content to ultimately drive website conversion.
* Own and execute the promotional set up (website) throughout the year.
* Ensure any/all creative elements are set up diligently, utilising correct asset(s) and link(s).
* Collaborate seamlessly within the eCommerce function; with design, UX and digital marketing colleagues.
* Establish & maintain key stakeholder relationships with, but not limited to; Customer Services, Commercial, Supply Chain and relevant Supplier team.
Additional Band 8 Responsibilities
* Trade – weekly sales reporting to Unilever and attendance of SD trade meeting, making recommendations against data to drive areas.
* Online event planning – ownership of Unilever events including thinking of new ideas, proposing to commercial team and Unilever, briefing design team, collating assets, stock management, regular sales updates, post event analysis.
* Promotional planning – Working alongside TM to offer recommendation of online promotional plan i.e. flash sales, bundles etc.
* Post‑event analysis & monthly performance updates sent to Unilever each event to include trade/ecom recommendations.
* Sharing learnings with the wider ecom team regarding past/current activations.
* Ownership of Unilever Online in‑line with Superdrug.com strategy alongside TM.
* Alongside TM manage the Unilever online joint business plan.
* Assisting with stock management of key skus, NPD and GWPs/PWPs, review online allocations with supplier contact.
* Implementing aspirational tools online such as finder tools and providing analysis on performance.
* Briefing aspirational content for the brands such as blog articles & content pages.
* Working with the Digital Marketing & CRM teams to drive & develop the Unilever brands within, paid social, ppc & affiliates.
* Drive cross function meetings with supplier relevant teams & internal teams for planning, eventing & activations.

37.5 | 9.00am – 5.30pm – Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
