Mozolowski & Murray Ltd have a part-time opportunity for a Accounts/Payroll Administrator to join their team in Kinross. The role demands accuracy, diligence and the ability to multitask effectively. They should be able to manage payroll in a timely and accurate manner as well as assisting with a busy purchase ledger.
Purchase ledger processing is through Xero. The company uses a bespoke payroll package therefore training will be given,

Hours can be flexible over Mon-Thurs during, 20-25hrs per week.

Hourly Rate: £16.00ph
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assisting with all aspects of a busy purchase ledger.
* Assisting with general accounts procedures
* Collecting and reviewing time sheets, expense forms and holiday request forms electronically or manually.
* Calculating payable hours.
* Payroll Input
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* At least 2 years of experience working in purchase ledger and accounts
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
