Private Client Fee Earner - Wills, Probate & Estates - Chippenham - 2+ Years Experience
Location: Chippenham
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hours negotiable)
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
A well-established and progressive regional law firm is seeking two Private Client Fee Earners to join its expanding Private Client department in Chippenham. The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload including:
* Probate and estate administration
* Will drafting
* Tax planning and inheritance matters
* Court of Protection applications
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Providing empathetic and professional client service
* Ensuring compliance and high standards of client care
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a solicitor, legal executive, or experienced paralegal with:
* 2+ years' experience in private client work (applications from a range of experience levels are welcome)
* Ability to manage a full caseload independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
* A proactive, client-focused approach
