We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our high-performing team and play a key role in supporting our Wealth Managers in providing strategic financial advice to our valued clients.
The Role
As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of financial advice by supporting the technical, compliance, and client management aspects of the advisory process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong financial planning knowledge who is eager to develop their career in a well-respected firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Support Wealth Managers by analysing client requirements, developing cash flow models, and maintaining accurate financial records
* Prepare suitability letters and reports while managing back-office records throughout the advice process
* Stay informed of industry changes, ensuring all business activities comply with regulatory requirements
* Handle client queries and provide outstanding service to build long-term relationships
* Work closely with internal teams, provide training, and support colleagues in enhancing service delivery
What We’re Looking For
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or close to completing
* Strong financial acumen and numeracy skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
* Proficiency in financial software and IT systems
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and professional approach to client service
