PropertyRun is an established electrical contracting company working with managing agents and landlords across London. Alongside our core operations, we’re actively involved in the deployment of EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy projects — so this is a great opportunity to be part of something forward-thinking.
This is a trainee role, but you must have strong computer skills — we're looking for someone with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) who is confident using and learning digital systems.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting admin for both day-to-day electrical jobs and EV site deployments
* Helping with quotes, invoicing, certificates, and materials
* Managing engineer calendars and job bookings
* Communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
* Assisting with record-keeping and project tracking for EV and energy sites
What we’re looking for:
* 5 GCSEs (Grade 7+) and 2 A-Levels (Grade 6+)
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Confident using computers, with an organised and proactive approach
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Ideally studying or completed a degree – but not essential
* Interest in tech, energy, or sustainability is a bonus
